AVOIDING STRESS FOR INTEGRITY

There are some things we can do to address the problem of stress.Music! Not long ago someone gave me an interesting book, Music as Medicine a music therapist. Apparently the music has a big influence, especially in the recovery process and our behavior in general. Consider the following data.Music can provoke strong emotions, which then affect the autonomic nervous system in which the nerve is finally out of certain hormones and endorphins, which are natural pain barrier of our body. Music that is played with the tempo was at the supermarket causing an increase in the quantity of spending as much as 28%. Apparently we walk according to the rhythm of the music is slow and this makes us feel more free to buy goods. Music also can reduce high blood pressure, heart rate and breathing fast. Music can also reduce our perception of pain, fear, stress, and anxiety. It's amazing the power of music in our lives! No wonder that the longest book in the Bible is a hymn book! If music is a gift given by God for us who are experiencing stress, why do not we take advantage of its usefulness? I believe that although music can not eliminate our problems, but he can help us deal with it. Music is not the solution to our difficulties, but music can help us be more calm and relaxed in solving problems that we face. God can help us through the music and of course we need to wisely choose the appropriate music. Quiet hum kholbu will fill us with peace while the excited reflexion will cheer our souls. Stress is a double phenomenon: physical and mental. When we are depressed, upset not only our minds and our hearts are oppressed, our bodies were weak weak or tense, uncomfortable. Music enters our physical functions through the door of the sense of hearing and forwarded to the brain that regulate our mental reaction to events that cause stress. When our brains begin to experience soothing influence of music, he was going to spread a sense of comfort to the entire body. God hates divorce, for that use our common sense every step in the search for a decision. Do not be selfish and self-serving and always ask the Lord in all the difficulties we face.
Make it a habit every day we listen to music in addition to regular exercise for our minds are always clean and healthy.
