Dental bleaching, also known as tooth whitening, is a common procedure in general dentistry but most especially in the field of cosmetic dentistry. A child's deciduous teeth are generally whiter than the adult teeth that follow. As a person ages the adult teeth often become darker due to changes in the mineral structure of the tooth, as the enamel becomes less porous.[citation needed] Teeth can also become stained by bacterial pigments, foodstuffs and tobacco. Certain antibiotic medications (like tetracycline) can also cause teeth stains or a reduction in the brilliance of the enamel. There are many methods to whiten teeth: bleaching strips, bleaching pen, bleaching gel, laser bleaching, and natural bleaching. Traditionally, at-home whitening involves applying bleaching gel to the teeth using thin guard trays. At-home whitening can also be done by applying small strips that go over the front teeth. Oxidizing agents such as hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide are used to lighten the shade of the tooth. The oxidizing agent penetrates the porosities in the rod-like crystal structure of enamel and oxidizes interprismatic stain deposits; over a period of time, the dentin layer, lying underneath the enamel, is also bleached. Power bleaching uses light energy to accelerate the process of bleaching in a dental office. The effects of bleaching can last for several months, but may vary depending on the lifestyle of the patient. Factors that decrease whitening include smoking and the ingestion of dark colored liquids like coffee, tea and red wine.

Sleep Of Human
22 May, 2011 | 0 Comment
More than a few decades people used to sleep for eight to nine hours at night. However, in the world of BlackBerry , the Internet, deadlines are tight, and increased stress, as now it is clear that our sleep needs reduced, too. When compared with several years ago, now the average person only slept about six hours every day. Given the data from the National Sleep Foundation, reported in 2009 only 28 percent of Americans who slept eight hours a day. This amount is reduced from 2001 which reached 38 percent. In fact, various studies have shown the importance of sleep to support health. Lack of sleep is known to cause obesity, the risk of diabetes and heart disease, improve mental disorders, like depression and reduced concentration. Despite lack of sleep harm health, it turns out the excess of sleep is also not recommended because of too long duration of sleep also increases the risk of disease.Although there is no magic number of experts recommended to sleep at the right time, but adults are advised to sleep 7-8 hours every day. It is also not absolute, because it turns out the quality of sleep is more meaningful than the duration of sleep.Sleep each person needs is also allegedly associated with genetic and environmental factors. What's important is we keep fresh the next day and can move optimally. With increasing age, sleep needs change. In the elderly for example, decreased ability to sleep and sleep quality also decreased to normally.

Immune point we have to protect themselves from disease, whether that comes from outside or from within our own bodies. Caused by Microorganisms (pathogens). As our skin layer that protects our bodies and also the existing acid in the stomach, both protectors of the body from pathogens. Another defense mechanism is the immune system, including the body's ability to recognize objects that enter the body and destroy such pathogens with the deployment of an internal body defense. We continue and will continue to have contact with microorganisms during daily activities such as we eat, breathe or injured. Sisitim immune system will continue to stand on when we are in contact with microorganisms and will destroy it if entered into our system. And only a small group of bacteria that can escape from the ambush of the human immune system that can cause disease. The human body also has the ability to remember the characteristics of bacteria, the immune system works on the control of white blood cells that are in the blood. When bacteria invade the body will recognize olh T4 lymphocytes which then will turn on warnings and B and T lymphocytes recruited to fight against germs that enter the body to attack, B lymphocyte attack through chemical substances known as antibodies that blinds and destroys germs. Substance antibody is specific for each germ. The presence of these antibodies suggests that a person has had contact with the disease

How STIs affect the Reproductive system
05 May, 2011 | 0 Comment
THE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM MAKES POSSIBLE REPRODUCTION OF ALL LIVING ORGANISMS AND IN LONG STRIP RUNS NATURAL ADAPTION OF SPECIES TO ENVIRONMENTAL CHANGES. REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH DEALS WITH REPRODUCTIVE PROCESSES, FUNCTION AND SYSTEM AT ALL STAGES OF HUMAN LIFE.
Sexsual organs are part of the reproductive system. Sexually transmitted infection (STIs) can affect reproductive organs, fuction and system. STIs are various diseases which are transmitted by having sex (oral, anal or vaginal). STIs are also called 'venereal diseases'. Examples include: Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Clamidia, Herpes, Hepaptitis and AIDS. Some of them (e.g. Gonorrhea and syphilis) might present clinical symptoms in sexual organs that could disappear without treatment, but it does not mean that the disease is cured. Some STIs (e.g. Hepatitis, AIDS) affect other internal organs. Be careful: even one single sexual intercourse with infected person can cause STIs transmission.
Both men and women are concerned by STIs, but women have a higher risk or being infected. In women, STIs could destroy endomentrium or vaginal cervic. Diseases may sometimes exist without noticable infection signs. In men, usually the first infected organ is urethra. Most of STIs can be completely cured, but viral STIs are still difficult to treat. STIs incompletely treated can develop many potential complications, such as infertility, ectopic pregnancy, preterm delivey, fetal abnormalities and possible infant infection. Keep in mind that STIs patient are in higher risk of being infected by HIV and AIDS.
Prevention
In order to protect yourself from STIs, use condoms (Protected sex). Stay faihful to your long term patner and avoid changing them frequently. Do not accept untested blood. Do not share with other people needle and syringes, shaving blades or other poorly sterilized cosmetic and barber instruments or tools (e.g. for pedicure, manicure).
STIs cannot be prevented by taking a shower or cleaning genitals after sexual contact!
